WHAT IS BIODIESEL ?
Biodiesel is an alternative diesel fuel made from renewable resources. It can be used just like normal diesel in any car without any conversion costs. It can mix perfectly with normal diesel in any blend and is non-toxic and almost odourless.
WHY SHOULD I USE BIODIESEL IN MY VEHICLE ?
1. You can save £1000's a year by switching to biodiesel.
2. Biodiesel is 100% legal to use in your car, van or truck.
3. It is not vegetable oil or chip fat oil. It has been made to a very high european standard (en14214) designed especially for road fuel.
IS BIODIESEL THE SAME AS "RED DIESEL" OR "GAS OIL" ?
No. Red diesel and gas oil are rebated fuels and are illegal to use in your car. Biodiesel however has been made especially for road use. It has its duty paid on it making it 100% legal for all road use, from cars, vans to trucks.
WILL BIODIESEL WORK IN ANY CAR ?
As long as its blended, yes ! Please note though that older vehicles (pre 1993) have rubber pipes within the engine which could deteriorate over time. However they can be inexpensively replaced enabling the vehicle to run on biodiesel.
WILL BIODIESEL EFFECT MY ENGINE ?
Biodiesel has been used in cars, vans and trucks all over europe for over 10 years. Even the uk taxing laws have changed to give biodiesel a cheaper rate of tax to encourage more use of biodiesel in this country. 1000's of people have used bio made to this strict en14214 european standard in the uk alone this year.
Many biodiesel customers have noticed better mpg, quieter smoother engines, longer engine life and a major reduction of carbon dioxide. As long as you follow our guidelines, you will also benefit from this cheaper, cleaner newer fuel. If your car is still under warranty, we recommend that you consult with your vehicle manufacturer to ascertain the impact using biodiesel may have on it.
WHATS THIS IVE HEARD ABOUT CHANGING MY FILTER ?
Normal diesel forms sediments that stick to and accumulate in your fuel tank. Over time, this accumulation forms layers of sludge. Biodiesel will dissolve and clean these deposits from your fuel tank, fuel line, and engine. Although it is unlikely, material flushed through your fuel system may clog your fuel filter, you should change your fuel filter once when you start using bio. Normally this is done after 3 or 4 fill ups. After which, you can change it based on your normal regular annual service.

BIO USAGE GUIDELINES
START WITH A 20% TO 50% MIX OF BIO
Introduce biodiesel gradually. Ideally, start with a 20% mix of bio with normal diesel increasing to 50% with each fill up. After which you may slowly increase to 100% during warm months
CHANGE YOUR FUEL FILTER AFTER 1ST 3 TANKS
Biodiesel will clean your fuel tank when you use it.
After your first 3 tank fulls of bio, you should change your
Fuel filter once. Filters normally costs around £5-£10
DONT USE BIO WHEN TEMP IS BELOW 0 DEGREES
Biodiesel will begin to gel below 0 degrees. Simply switch
Back to normal diesel during very cold winter months
